Aoa need advise which is better option to invest between 10 marla onground plot in Awt 2 OR 10 marla off ground plot in khaya ban e amin block N as I want to build a home. For residence in future

AWT 2 is much better..possession is there and all basics for living/house building are available..plus approach is very good after development of roads/infrastructure. |

AWT-2 ...livable society, excellent link to Ring road & Raiwind Road, prices will keep going up.
Khayaban-e-amin seems to be an unstable society. |
