Value Addition things of Prism
Hi, friends on this forum a lot of fruitful discussion remain continue about Prism verses other blocks like DHA phase 7. I am not exert but in my view both projects of DHA are very good as per their surroundings and currents factors.
Jiss ka ghar jahan hoo ga woo us kee Jannat hoo ga.
But here I heard few discussion about the things that should be considered in frame of purchase my point is VALUE ADDITION THINGS OF PRISM
As we see Block C & D are very expensive due to Golf Course, so what would be impact of THEME PARK on the Block Q and R.
Are these block getting the full advantage of this hidden jewel or not.
What is the nature of this part and what will be the future impact of this unique proposed park on sector Q, R and overall Prism.

I have an investment in Q block. It's not really a "hidden" gem. My plot gained 30%+ in six months.
Plus there's a JV site in Q block which is likely to house a 4 or 5 star hotel.

You mean not really very good...? please elaborate and if possible ple share your experience of 30% + gain in Q block. On this forum very few people talked about Q block although 120 ft road coming from bedian road direct hits this block.

What I meant is that if Q was a 'hidden' gem, so many people wouldn't be going after it. Q block is known a premium block adjacent to block A and DHA's favorite block R.
I am sorry if I sound like promoting my investment here but I thought everyone knows that well placed upper cutting plots are the premium plots of Prism. |

As far as Mr. Shahid Iqbal said about nearness of Hudiara drain, i think its not close to Q block. |
