I asked DHA officials about the recent DHA Ballot.
1) The response was that you should wait, as it would take at-least 3-4 weeks to start receiving the intimation letters.
2) Do we have to make the down payment in 30 days after ballot or wait for intimation letters to inform us when to make the payment? The response was that depends on what the management decides, just wait till you get the intimation letter and it should mention the payment dates.
3) Do we pay taxes on DC rate or on ballot price? You need to pay minimum based on the DC rates, that is what DHA expects.
