Hello,
I am planning to construct my home in Bahria sector E Quaid Block.
My plot is approx 4 feet deep from road, due this week rains I have noticed that water is filled all around.
After construction, my home will be surrounded with rain water as there is no other house on each side.
What could be the negative effects of that on constructed house?
