It is a good society but it will long time to get develop, In my humble opinion, it is an investment for minimum 4-5 years duration. It was there for a very long time but now due to appreciation in a locality it picked a momentum. But again, I think it was an ideal option around 6 months back when prices were not hiked. Now, we have to be very careful and evaluate it on merit. |
