Option1:
1) 5 marla Dha9 town
2) 1 kanal sui gas ph 2
3) 5 marla file dha rahbar2
Or
Option2:
4 marla commercial Dha rahbar phase 2.
Which is a better option for 1-2 year investment??

option 1: ok if you avoid ganda nalla gas 2 or replace it with vahria orchard.
option 2:

Go for Bahria Orchard , it is the best investment from rest of soceities on raiwind road side.Dha rahbar faces problem of bitter ganda nalla except it is also considerable. |
