Dear Friends and LRE Team,
If i purchase DHA Multan file today, would it be included in the ballotting of Phase 1? as i have heard that only the affidavit files purchased and transferred by 31st Jan are included in first ballotting.
This condition also means that there are two types of Multan files are available in the market, affidavit files available with the land owners and Allocation files (eligible for balloting) available with the first round purchasers. In this case the rate quoted on LRE website is for which file?
What if i want to buy a file which is eligible for balloting?

@RAPak - Can you please clarify. Are you confirming that there 2 type of files in Market and only files allocated before Jan 31 will be considered for Phase-1 ???? |

I think DHA Multan has extended the time for allocation and transfer as buying / selling is in progress. Files are being transferred and new buyers are getting intimation letters. |
