@Pakistan! I am not stupid, I have tried everything, problem is, agar mai apna plot bech du to Bhi mai possession area mai plot nai ly sakti because they r out of my reach :-/

She got plot one kanal in Phase 7 block X.
Also one kanal in phase 8 block Y. She may have invested in Prism as well. Kosney to muhabat sey dey rahi hein. |

phase 7 even after possesion may will take 5 more year or more for fully livable these builders even like dha or bharia do not promise any timeline for possesion or completion so every thing hangs in the air till it suits their financial budgets so no use asking anyone if they start giving timelines then how can they earn money on transactions and transfer fee in this case i appreciate builders in karachi who give u almost exact timeline of possesion of appartment complex as their own repute is at stake and it does not help in their upcoming projects so u do nothing but wait or switch to a lower value sector any where around lahore or buy a house choice is yours since u dont have indefinte time in your hand |
