What is the problem if it is going up or is it worrying that people are least concerned about phase-7 file.

Sorry Boss, phase-7 discussion is not allowed here. Two days ago, I asked a question "Prices of different plots for sale are being updated regularly on lre website but phase-7 prices did not get updated for more than one month. May we know its reason?" I could not get its answer, now it looks like as my question is also deleted :)

I don't understand the reason of same price for Phase 7 and DHA Town 5 Marla files. I heard that there is a shortage of files in the market because DHA is not approving further. I don't think that the plot in Phase 7 will be in better location as compare to DHA Town. But that is just my opinion.

@ Raza bhai ap ziyada dukh na karyin apki invest hai dha phase 9 town mein tu hum kya karyin Allah barkat dalay..

@Akmal bhai can you please shed some light on dha phase 7 5 marla file feature how far can you expect the prices can reach..
