Evaluate the future of this land close to Bahria Orchard Raiwind Road,

Dear Experts,

Please evaluate the future of this area of property, i have some 30 Kanal including some on main road.
Bahria Orchard Boundaries almost surrounding on three sides.
What could be the market price per/Kanal.

Imran you can make your own mini housing society but I don't know in pak will be too complicated for all the utilities etc

Best option sell to Bahria and they should give you good price as it can easily be merged in there existing phase.

You say you have 30 Kanals but highlighted area is more than 50 Acres.

if you have main access for your 30 ( 4 Acres approx ) kanals from raiwind road ( at least 2 Acre front ) which will make your 30 kanals square shaped.

Price per kanal should be 65-70 per Kanal.

If they are so called bandh raqba then price will drastically go down unless bahria touches you and offer to buy your land.

and lastly you have posted this question for the fourth time about the same piece of Land.

On this forum 99% people invest in housing societies and LRE also deals in Plots. No one can give you any idea about your land on raiwind road. Best thing is to visit Raiwind Road Dealers who specifically deals in Agriculture RAQBA. you will get the best evaluation from there.

No need to contact bahria ,they will contact you when phase 2 orchard extensions will take place . or you can develop a little town of yours own there :) by the way what are your plans after selling it !

Don't sell now, it will pick up and get appreciation within next 2 years.I expect 50% increment in prices in next two year.

Yes its more than 30 Acres of land, i didn't highlight the actual land of mine. I have main access from the road as well with more than 250 ft front that leads to back of Rohi Nala in a rectangular portion.
More over this was the first question posted from my side.
These area is in acres and there are more than 6 owners of this site consisting of different size of plots in acres and kanals. Thanks for your suggestion
