Aoa I am an overseas Pakistani and searching for a plot to built my home in lahore currently I am considering Sui gas phase 2 but now I come to know abt iqbal avenue phase 3 it fall under my budget my budget is 5 million. Is there anyone who can guide me and help me in making a right decision.

central park is another option very good maintance in A and g block.one kanal plot easily available in 5.5 million.

Visit Beaconhouse housing it comes before AWT on main road, development is very good,location is very good, many houses already constructed, Beaconhouse university is inside colony, 10 marla plot price is round about 45lac

Mustafa,

Sir very sorry to know if you are quoting your recent visit and saying there is no park, deserted and small roads. I believe you have visited some wrong location or any village. BTW, enjoyed your living standard statement.

Anyways, they have one of the biggest parks in surrounding societies and in very good condition. B-Block park is developed for last few years, while E-Block is almost ready. Minimum road size is 40 Feet.

I would suggest to revisit and then tell us all about your new point of view.

After considering all factor including standard of development, location backup organizational support, size / standards of roads as well as parks etc, price in which plots are available and security system .......and on top every thing a fraud free society as u being oversees my suggestion is AWT-2. U may come after 10 years ur plot/ house will be safe.... no one can fraud u. rest choice is ur but must visit all above mentioned places to make a choice. best of luck

DHA phase 11 Rahbar sector 2 is the best option for construction of 5 Marla house in blocks G, H or F under DHA name. DHA Rahbar phase 11 is centrally located society, with all the basic facilities, opposite Valencia housing society.
