Post # 80331 Mian Rashid assessed the price of T 762 Phase 8 around 175 lacs 10 days ago and now it is 145 lacs. Price evaluation standard has gone down on LRE website.I see frequent mistakes,Please explain if it's not a mistake.

This is TRUE price, you cant get more than 148.

He made an utterly wrong assessment of my plot as well about 25 lac less than the market price.
