Dear HCHassan, FAA.Awan and others,
I have one plot on booking in Bahria orchard ph3. Should i sale it to switch to phase 2 or hold it. I can hold it to pay all installments but i am not very sure if in one year time it will be more beneficial or phase 2?

its high time to sell ph3.but switching from phs3 to phs 2 wont make any difference,unless u have any other option |

Sheikh Ahmad, As I have already advised you ,phase3 is not as beneficial as phase 2. Phase 3 is an isolated piece of land from rest of original bahria orchard with all facilities as phase 3 will depend on main orchard ph.2.. I suggest you to remain with main stream of life and buy in phase.2 ,especially in C and D blocks are the best for buying 8m and 5m,both blocks have a lot of potential. |

Hi Ahmed.
Phase 3 in long run will perform even better as this will become gateway to Bahria Greend. In short run phase 2 will look good as more connected.
Now you have bought so no big deal stick with it. |

I am not able to find anything good in 40 lacs in C or D in 8m. Southern i like but it is too expensive now. I heard there is new deal coming near Northern for 8M with in a month. I want to know if this is true.
Also how about investing in Bahria Town Talha block for short term? |

Sheikh Saab in this areas more cuttings will come as BAHRIA ORCHARD is future of BAHRIA Lahore. For 8 Marla southern C and D good for short term but in long run all good as this society will be expanding from phase 3 side also and more plots will be added BAHRIA GREENS will be merged at back of phase 3 |

I really agreed with HassanHC, I believe he knows the ground realities of this area. Phase3 will be the center point in future, all Bahria is going to back on the phase3. Bahria already purchased the land & in coming time they are going to expand in this side. Bahira Orchard will be the BEST & MAIN of Bahria Town.

Ok I dint check the post till today.
G H J prefer over F, rest more or less all same. They are also OK blocks after C D and E, long run fine.
Jutt, phase 3 looks small now but will be big in next 1 - 2 yrs as Bahria Greens project is coming and Haier factory most of the land is being bought by Bahria |
