i want sincere feedback regarding the lda avenue 1 litigation.
1.lda has lost all the cases in high court.
2.there are rumors that lda don't have enough land to relieve the rest of effecttes.
3.now what is the fate of rest of the effecttes.
i need sincere advice/feedback because i am fed up from this fiasco and ready to sale my 10 marla plot file.

your file will be adjusted somewhere at some time.
It is all uncertain.
People may wait till the decision of appeal lodged by LDA( as per dealers, LDA has lodged appeal) but it is a long wait.
If you dont need the money in few years you may well keep the file.
If you need it litigation files are being bought and sold in market. Rates are down for litigation files with less buyers |

Brothers why Chief minister is not paying attention to this issue,though he claims to be helper of the maskeens.
in this case the maskeens are the retired government servants whose plots are in litigation.
how supreme court can be approached so that the plot holders/ effectees can become part of the case so that the decision of supreme court should include directive for the lda to accomodate the effectees in the same scheme by giving them the commercial plots which may be smaller. |
