I need expert opinion regarding 1 crore investment in order to generate rental income either in residential or commercial property. Since i am an overseas and not living in Pakistan which option is best for me or easy to manage and secure from qabza group. I heard many cases that if rental finds out you are living in overseas then they give you hard time if you like to evacuate the place. Please consider all those facts while giving your expert opinion. I have to make decision in next few weeks.Also, is it good time to invest or wait for few more months until tax announcement.

my 2 cents.... drop the idea
usa is too far to manage any property anywhere in Pakistan ... people usually mange it from gulf..since its easier to fly back ...
I had v bad experience of a tenant who never paid rent on time and even if he paid, it sounded like he was doing a gr8 EHSAN on me |

I agree with Pakistan. I also had a very bad experience with rental property. Not recommended unless you can supervise and manage it yourself. |
