A senior official responded to this question today, "You should expect to receive intimation letters in 10-15 days, and you will be given approximately 30 days after receiving the intimation letter to pay the 25 percent down payment." However, as you see this is a verbal confirmation so it is not completely satisfactory for the plot holders, but apparently the payment is not going to be due on 17 April. |
