Salam,
1) I need suggestions to invest aprox. 70 lacks in Bahria Orchard 5 Marla plots by the end of June. I prefer on ground plots always - so kindly advice me which block and size will be the ideal option for best returns in the given budget.
2) Actually I own 1Kanal plot in Y block upper cuttings. In three years, thanks to Allah, property is appreciated by 42 lacks. I believe there be more gain but with slow pace. Should I switch my investment to somewhere else or hold the plot for next two years? If I hold, what will be the estimated price after two years!
AND
3) The same question goes for 5M 9 Town upper cuttings - in last 1.5 years property is appreciated by 15 lacks. Should I hold or switch my investment?
