Instead of buying 5 marla in phase-9 one can buy 10 marla file of phase-9 Ext. at the same price will be a better deal

I think, Mr Ekrar knows much more about real estate than what we know. Its going to be a matter of just few months when most of us would take him as guru jee and ask his valuable advises on further investments. His assessments about Multan are proving to be a fact and would also see it coming true about 9ext.
