when the price going to jump for phase 5 M block dha lahore as development almost completed and possesion may be announce in a month or two I think it has lowest price if we compare it with other sectors.

In my oponion m block is the best place to live in near time as road carpeting is going on at full swing. I visited my self yesterday 50% of roads are carpeted and its look in 2 weeks time all road will be ready and soon possesion will be announce by DHA.
The best thing is price is very cheap like as LRE says from 135-155 as compared to other sector of phase 5 from 190-325 the approach is also good from road beside ring road next to askari 11 gate also it will connect to main phase 5 while underpass from ring road at any time.
One have to hurry to buy plot in M block it might touch 200 as PHASE 9 prism where just balloting has done is touching 125 where balloting of m block is done 5 years ago

dear Ahsan, then what are reasons, M Block is so cheap and when this underpass is expected to start? please comment.

Prices in Phase 5 M block are stagnant since last one year whereas all the other area has increased a lot and now it is the time for Phase 5 M block to pickup. For remaining carpeting of Roads, it doesn't seem possible within 2 weeks and may take few months. But still if we think possession in next one year, it is a great buy at this price.

Prisim prices already touching over 120/125 lacs in top blocks including development charges and in that area possession can take minimum 4 years. DHA took too long to develop this small block of phase 5 M and it is now around 3 years development work was started, so price will take big jump with possession.

dear MA underpass has been approved by DHA and its work can start at any time as they have to link dha phase 5 with phase 9 prism the only way to connect it with prism after that underpass the price of phase 5 m block will jump to 2 crore

I think most of people dont know or not visited phase 5 m block since long one has to visit this sector as development is going very fast and might be completed next month for me its good time for investor or buyer to buy plot as after 2 or 3 month this sector will be beyond the reach of buyer
