Why is DHA Phase 9 extension's 1 kanal plot so expensive when they haven't even acquired the land as yet. Can anybody explain please?

Dha dònt purchàse land. Dha issue files to land owners against their land. If ext file is available its mean they already aquried land. But its long investment. |

One more question, DHA Multan has 2 type of files affidavit and allocation file. I have bought the affidavit file. What is the difference between the two. Can anyone answer pls? |

Allocation file is multiple transferred file through different owners whereas affidavit is not ! |

But if I have to sell the affidavit file it will get transferred to the buyer eventually. |

Dear Kassim,
your affidavit will become allocation as well once you pay the membership fee, and then you can sell allocation to any buyer.
