Why prices of phase-9 ext. didn't reduce as according to you more files were to float in market ?
I halted my money but prices still on the rise!
Should I wait further ?

Dear omer,
You should need to wait for 6months. The prices will start to reduce because a flood of files is coming in near future for 9ext. Dha has been stopped to purchase land but now it already take a slower start.
Position of prices woul be clear after quick starting of land purchase by DHA in coming few months.
It is a very big project and almost double compare to prism.
It require minimum 5 years to come into a shape. So you can check LRE Google map to understand it's future. |
