It is written on Dha website that successful applicant of Dha phase 1 to 6 ballot plots should first pay 25 percent of total amount and then intimation letter will be issued to them.It is kindly requested to LRE to guide me.Will there be no courier mentioning the schedule and exact amount from DHA office?

The management changed the stance. DHA is now accepting down payments of 25 percent at its office in Phase 6. You could contact the accounts office, submit the payment before 17 April and receive your intimation letter from the office 2 days after you submit the payment. These letters will be sent to the address too, but that might be a slow process. |

I don't think it will make a cut on the "on," as all winners are prepared to pay 25 percent which is not a huge amount. And those investors who applied for commercials and 2-kanal are richer and can afford. Besides many good plots and commercials already have been sold or have great offers as the public loves the convenience offered by installment plots in a rising market. |
