HassanHC sb and Jutt,
I have visited phase 3 orchard today and saw that the development is going on in full swing but only in upper cutting i.e. before nalla/drain. They have not touched the land after drain yet. If they don't move the machinery to the lower cutting and move it to some other place, will it not effect the prices in lower cutting adversely. Similarly in D extension they have some portion where development is not started. I am afraid these can get the status of off ground plots. hassan07® replied on Thursday, March 31, 2016 05:54 AM

Orchard 3 is the gateway for bahria mega projects. Selling anything at this moment will be a big mistakes. Big alligators are ready to take away this opportunity from holders of these plots. I suggest hold for 3 months until Bahria new office comes in Orchard and becomes fully operational. |

Kureshi, Why the main bullae ward is smaller than phase 2 main bullae ward if phase 3 is so important. I am not understanding this point. Also there is no development in lower cutting. |
