What is the fate of phase-9 ext.?
Will its price decrease or will it keep selling at same rate even after more files coming in market ?

@ Mr. Common sense : This phenomenon is not always true for property as prices stable even getting higher to date which proves demand is not dropping even after this news out in the market since long.

More demand, more supply, more price increase. Another phenomenon that works, and we can see it working in 9 ext.

DHA is acquiring land silently this time for phase 9 extension to avoid any manipulation. they are not issuing files at moment and will be at pause for few months. very few files allocated yet. that makes supply almost rare. In future (may be in next year) files will come in abundance. As ballot will take least 3 to 4 years. You can see many ups and down there.

Very valid commenting by LRE experts.
Supply is rare at the moment of 9 ext. due to which price inflating.
In my eyes it's rate will never come down even after inflow of files in abundance due to unmet demand. These files will vanish in days whenever they will come as people will prefer already acquired land which is in neighbourhood of a gem that is prism-9.

WHY would one buy file in 9-ext at 52 and not go for prism file at 64 whereas prism is a decade ahead of 9-ext(phase 10 i would call). It is definite to drop to 35 in future(AFTER 1-1.5 YEARS)!

MARK MY WORDS ON THE SAME WAY AS I TOLD PEOPLE THAT DHA MULTAN WILL REMAIN STAGNANT FOR COMING 1-1.5 YEARS AT LEAST!

@Awais: U PLEASE STOP MISLEADING PEOPLE, SAY CORRECT NAME: PHASE 9-EXTENSION.


PHASE 9-EXT cannot be called PRISM 9-EXT...It will be actually PHASE 10. Stop portraying as if it is some small extension of prism please!!!
