Bahria is handing me possession of Awami Villa which is a flat. What is the appreciation potential over next 1-2 years? Should I keep it or sell it? What is the market price of such first floor (not ground)flat located at Bahria Orchard? Hussain Kaisrani Sahib any insights from you will be highly appreciated.

Awami villas were developed for low income people having very limited affordability. Why did you buy it for investment purpose. People like you would make it beyond the affordability of people for whom these villas are primarily meant. |
