A huge jump in the prices of PRISM,

Today i have seen a huge increment in the prices of PRISM specially in A block J block & H block in the market. Kindly enlight CMY sb & Team LRE.
It is because of speedy devolpment of starting of LRR?

@ Ejaz sb. I am not a marketing agent nor a dealer. I am just a property obsever. I have no concern weather it go up or down. I just observed a sitation and asked other property experts to commemt. Kindly consult Lre rates for yesterday. The evaluation people asked for J block are 3 to 5 lacks plus for 5 marla and people asking for good locations in H block is 95+ & for upper blocks like A are above 110 lacks plus without development charges. Kindly consult Zammen.com for my verification. please dont give false statements like flopped marketing. If want to do such act l defenately write a plot number and than market it.
@ Hc bhai yes there is news report in news paper regarding starting of LRR. While development works are in full swing in Prism.

@surfer: seriously? Stop lying. Prices are not going up in prism , they are stagnant. And honestly people know this.

Your j block plot gone up 3 to 5 lack but your Multan is still Stagnant. By the way I have no Investment in PRISM because of "YOU". Nor in Multan. I am the one who is watching all the drama without paying any ticket. But my last statement still the same "PRISM IS THE FUTURE OF DHA" Let see when the time comes after 3 years you as well as Other will see.

This is an informative website but I don't know why people have to be disrespectful to each other, I think surfer has a valid point, I hold a lower cutting J block plot and was given 21-22 evaluation few months ago , as I was thinking to sell it I was told 25 by the dealer this week , now I have decided to keep it for at least a year and see what happens may be LRR will have impact.
Not everyone is promoting prism or any other society.

Now all talking about J block, and common guys like me will arrange money and run after J block, till than the investors will take out their money, prices stagnant and same guys will start talking about some other projects.

Surfer, i am laughing really. By the way, who gave you details about my J-block, I never invested in Prism 5 marlas and I am extremely sorry for that you could not invest in Prism because of me. My posts were totally getting blocked due to some issue in LRE, I tried tens of time to advise others to enter in market when file dropped to 43-44 and started gaining to reach 45, but unfortunately none of my posts went through.
