DHA lacking Playgrounds and Libraries,

Can any body advise DHA to have playgrounds and Libraries?
DHA is copying the western lifestyle without playgrounds and libraries.
There is only one library in DHA Phase 3 which is not an international standard.You must be a member to enter into the library in DHA-Phase 3.The books in the library are not good enough.
Sadly to say there is no such effort by the Punjab Gov. too.

Munir saab in west everybody study books/ literature on routine basis even in trains trams buses you will find readers, it is a culture. In pakistan do you really think there is a reading culture, if no, why to give such facility! Just have a look on existing libraries in Lhr, all are almost vacant - no readers
