Is it safe and good enough to buy one kanal file at 30-32 Lac in DHA Multan now.

Qazi sb. Search through LRE pages about dha multan to assess its pros n cons.It is ddiscussed extensively in previous months. I am sure it is ur hard earned money so u should put lot of effort to know benefits and risks in it. Ur money, ur decision!

Qazi if you can manage to get a file in 30 or 31, buy it with closed eyes. InshaAllah you will get benefit out of it for sure.

Last opportunity to buy DHA Multan at around 31, 32 lacs.
There will be immediate gains in next 2-3 months.

@Ekrar bhai i dont have big target ,My aim is to sell file at 35 . With people saying Launch Launch ..i hope file reaches 35 + . Not big target

35? R U SURE?
I think one should invest in property with a goal of earning at least 50% profit in mind. Otherwise not even worth of going to offices/dealers for buying/selling, studying about pros n cons,potential in a specific project! Rest u r master of ur own will.
