I have a question regarding DHA rahbar phase 2. I m getting a plot on 90 ft road in M block in around 55 while I m getting one on 100 ft road in H block in around 50. I m being told that M block being in extension has underground wiring has more value than H block which has visible poles. Which one is a better choice for one year investment.?

H has possession so will be nestled along houses.
M will soon get possession
Honestly personal choice but in long run both will be same short run M will perform better. |

But dear Hassan sb do u think the prices i mentioned are justified as 55 for M and 50 for H.? Both on big roads. |
