In some of the previous discussions the point highlighted about phase 7 commercial was that no body knows the exact location of these plots but are likely to be near the canal and hence no body will prefer to go to that point all the way from R, P, and W blocks hence not worth the price.
Since then nothing have changed yet the price is increasing on almost daily basis without solid reasons indicating one needs to be careful. |
