I heard DHA has decided to develop / construct big sports complex on the area availabale between Phase-7 & BRB Canal. Can you pls confirm if this news is correct or not?

Akmal, where did you get this news? There seems to be a big patch of flat land in X block 2 kanal cutting. There have been speculations about what DHA would do with this land. |

One of my dealer friend told me about this & it's not related to big empty patch in X-block. He was referring to empty land between phase-7 and BRB canal as DHA doesnt want to leave that area as it is coz of security concerns. In other words, the area where phase-7 ends at lower cutting. Pls share if anybody else has any info about it. |

Rumors about this are floating since several months lets see DHA builds SPORT COMPLEX or not this will be good for all nearby phases6,9 and specially PHASE 7. GOOD LUCK to all and CMY Sahibs comments in this regard will be extremely beneficial . |

I would strongly recommend to invest in Phase 7 commercial due to all other commercials in other phases are now starting from 250 Lacs, now only this investment has some juice left (Expecting jump of 50Lacs). |
