1. Unique Town Planning. Its done on cul-de-sac concept, although no closed alleys but distinctively only 2-3 entry/exit points in residential blocks. And that you'd know help create a very secure living environment as the access can easily be monitored and controlled, if need be. 2. Main commercial areas are reasonably separated from main residential. 3. So no trespassing traffic within residential area. I dont know what that would mean to you but for me it means peace of mind. 4. Look for the number of parks in each block I think they are more than any other phase per number of plots. Not to mention the 144 kanal Broadway park. So if u r considering it for house building, am sure DHA Phase 8 has the highest potential for a heathy and family friendly neighborhood. Now have a look at any other DHA phases or even Bahria Town, you won't find such a town planning, streets are exposed from all sides and anyone can go thru inside short cut streets to avoid traffic. This will be very unlikely to happen in phase 8. I think Bahria offers this kind of town planning in Bahria Homes blocks only. So thats the stand out merit. In addition u know its next to ring road. Try measuring distance from ph 8 to any place in lahore, u would love its accessbility. When the southern loop gets going, it will become even better. Now for the monetary part u see it competing with phase even without possession so u can take a guess at orices in a year's time when possession is granted. I dont know if it is still the case but i think CMY sb once mentioned that the highest holding by army personnel is in Phase 8. So there must be something that the insiders are holding on to it. Residential blocks are open from all sides. Now some would see as a good factor for easier access but to me thats annoying when traffic could come from anywhere. |
