phase 7, possession area. you can start construction immediately.

Can easily get 10 marla good location plot in phase 7, add 10/12 lacs and you can buy kanal in phase 7 too.

@Adnan: Where did the questioner mentioned that he is looking for 1 kanal plot. Everyone knows it is difficult to get 1 kanal plot, even at average location in this amount. I too, suggested him a 10 marla plot and in 90 lacs he can get a 10 marla plot at prime location of Avenue 14 (150 feet road).
