Hello,
I have a plot in DHA 6 and some cash in hand.
After selling the plot the total capital value will be around 190 lax.
i was following Parkview and Ivy green but now these are way high from my budget . And the jumps were un expected in such a short period of time. I still cudnt understand the reason of these jumps.
Anyhow, Please suggest me something our of the following.
1): Sell the plot in DHA 6 and buy in DHA 8 ?
2): Sell the plot in DHA 6 and buy 1+1 kanal in Ivy green.
3): Don’t sell DHA 6 and buy another 5 marla in Ivy green or prism ? or buy 10 marla in Bahria?
