@ CMY please can u tell anything about possession of phase 8 and phase 7 remaing blocks? You said in october 2015 that DHA will start possession soon, when is soon???? Its been 6 months now and no news, and i am talking about the developed residential 1 kinal plots, so please if u can help me and tell me how much wait???

Since you are looking for possession, it is likely that you are looking forward to start the construction of your house and not an investor.
Phase 7 is being handed over in batches and the process is continuing since over an year now. In Oct 2015 a precise 3,281 plots got possession in Sec Y and Z both in residential and commercial. The remaining plots in phase 7 will be handed over in batches over the next 6-9 months period. If you want to be the first drop of rain by starting the construction of your house in Phase 7 remaining plots you should target construction commencement from Jan 2017. This should be a safe bet. |

@ shah thank you for ur answer, I think cmy sahab ko agar koi faida na ho raha ho to wo kisi ko information k liy ans nai karty ab un ko sary faidy phase 9 se hai to he dam care, I have been waiting for possession 12 years just to make my house on 1 kinal plot in 8 Y block, the cutting of 1 kinal plots is completed, but still no news of possession, it is not possible for mr to sell my plot and go to possession areas of phase 7 because its not worth selling;-( so I am just waiting |
