I have purchased a 5 marla plot in DHA rahbar phase 2 with the plan of building a boys hostel on it in future as it is on main road although not commercial. is it legal to make a boys hostel on 100 ft road or DHA does not permit such ventures?

DHA if some one complaints will be an issue. DHA normally objects to any other use except pure residential or simple tenant. Check further from DHA MANAGEMENT OFFICE |
