Dear Brother,

Its all due to foolish people who are badly mad for money to invest in DHA for their personal interests. Even they never mind it the plot would be on ground after 15 to 20 years and it does not matter it would be on Ganda Nallah or at bottom of River Ravi.

DHA is taking laugh on these foolish people and dealers are enjoying on this forum to more push to take rebates from DHA.

You will soon hear that DHA is going to launch new sectors on Motorways.

Dear sincere person...the whole world does not REVOLVE around you. If you are thinking that people around you are FOOLISH, there is something seriously wrong with you...get a life! People have invested their hard earned life long earning in these DHA projects and many of them have doubled/quadrupled(and so on) their investments by staying with DHA.
What's wrong with you here... Mr. Rana didn't even ask u whether people are foolish or not? He posed a simple question and ur reply is...


@Rana, no idea about mini ballot...just couldn't see someone banishing the whole lot of people on the forum!

A mini Ballot is not completely out of question. Sooner than later that is bound to happen.

However the recent movement in Prism file is a market correction in upward direction in price to keep the correct balance between Prism and other 5 marla files in places like 9 Extn which reached 22 and Rahbar that reached 25.50 as of today. Prism price simply had to move up to keep the correct balance.

The logical next step is the upward correction in balloted plots of 5 marla in Prism. Especially in the underpriced area of J Block upper and middle cuttings. Those plots have already been inching up for the last couple of months and will continue to inch up for some time till the correct balance is reached with all unballoted files prices at current level.

Shah and ekrar what can be the potential price of upper j block five plots away from boundary to sell in a month or two thanks a lot
