Waoo.. Infact good nees for town and prism, mostly the town will get benefited from this access road and prism as well at some later stage.
Town is suffering and underpriced dear. Hope that market will get better for town with the completion of access road.

@Akbar. Aap bilkul ghalt kahtay hain. Markit bilkul bhi behtar naheen hai. Sirf price behtar hai. Makit behtar karnay kay leeyay price kum karni parti hai, jis kay leeyay 9-Town walay tayyar nahin hain. Ab dekhain, shayad access road bannay se in ki koi madad ho jaye.

can you justify your comments by putting some figures and let us know how town's prices are overprices(which you guys beleive only), while town prices are underpriced
