Fazaia Phase-1 is already around or over 1 crore per Kanal. What would be the expected impact of completion of Alternate Road. further, any impact upon start of Ring Road Project (although no firm news on the start date and time of completion). Does this investment seems a viable option?

1 Crore to a Kanal means must be a well planned and well developed society. Can you please share what all this society has on offer inside it for its residents. I mean market for daily commodities, education, health care & recreational arrangements etc. |

Alternate Road cut it in two and prices almost double. Now imagine the price when Ring Road cut fazaia in 2. Right on interchange, dont underestimate the potential. |

Ring Road would pass through (cut inside) Audit and Accounts Cooperative Housing Society Phase-2, and it would be most beneficial for buying at the moment as its still very cheap.
Developed plots with all dues clear prices are: 16 Marla 23-30 Lac, 8-Marla from 13-17 Lac).
Prices can multiply many times as the ring road would pass inside(cut through) it. The location of Ring Road inside it has already been marked by Land Acquisition Authorities. |
