Just visited Dha 9 Town today and was surprised and happy to see that
one 5 marla house has started in block C plot No 674, they are digging basement as well
and
4 houses are to start in A block plot No.516, 465, 466, 467 DHA has done the demarcation for these plots and labour was removing wapda old poles from them so they can dig the foundations.
Hopefully we will see more houses in coming days.
Met the supervisor who was on site building New Approach road for Dha 9 Town and he confirmed that the road will be carpeted by the end of this month, it will be two side road with 38ft width of each side and 20ft green belt in the middle. Further there will be sloped green belt on both sides of road. He confirmed that there will be a round about built on Bedian road and No fly over or under pass. This round about will be connected with Dha phase 6.
I am sure with all this we are seeing a big jump of prices in 9 Town in coming days.
