If anyone has to go contiguous to Wapda Town, why would he prefer MDA Society in 1 Crore+ rather than DHA for half crore including development charges. Ofcourse, MDA Society must be already fully developed and DHA has yet to develope, but does it qualify for the bargain. I dont think so. I wish you get a buyer. My personal view is price needs a review.

DHA is too far and
presently DHA is on paper only and it will take 10 yrs to start populating . |
