Asslam o Alikum Bro one file of dha mtn And one 5 marla plot in sector R In this way you can diversify your investment. God forbid if one project is down then your other one will be good |

One should diversify their investment towards DHA Isb (2-ext), BTK (plots in -ve) and Sanghar(gwadar) if they have already made investment in Lahore (BT/DHA) |

@ waji u already have investments in BTK.DHA phase 2 ext isn't there is a dispute on its land allocation. @ali Cheema.thank you boss but isn't cushion is very limited in R block 5 Marla as good location r already touching 4 Mio and with development charges they r already at 5 Mio |

DHA Phase 2 ext is good if you buy all dues clear file for example Block A or B file. Second option is DHA Valley Home & all dues clear 8 marla plot in Bluebell as they are way under priced. In BTK investment Golf course block is still under priced and buying plots that are in -ve are worth investment if u can hold for a year or two. If u can take higher risk - buy plot in Sanghar housing in Gwardar :D |
