Dear experts,
I am selling my phase-7 W Block possession plot which is around 160 lacs and want to invest in PRISM given I can buy 1 Kanal plot plot and also 5 marla both with development charges included in this money.

Please suggest ! All sorts of suggestions are more than welcome !

Prism is a brilliant investment but your timing to exit phase 7 is poor. Give it over a year and this plot will be 200K plus!

That's my question appreciation in phase -7 will be more or phase-9 in a year ?

People can make all sorts of predictions but realistically, phase 7 prices have to be corrected in order for phase 9 prices to be sustainable. Almost all experts agree on that. Therefore, in the short term, phase 7 gain will be more. If you wanted to switch, this should have been done 6 months ago!

Phase-7 W block is in the range of 130-135 so your plot will not get sold for 160 lacs

Average plots in W-block range around 135-Lacs but main boulevard plots price is 150+

@Sheirdil, I suggest u should wait for 6-7 months and then sell ur w-block plot. In short term, phase-7 would gain more & it can start rising anytime.
