I need some expert opinion regarding property.
I bought a plot in society.I got Allotment Letter, paying all installment (plot price +development charges), procession letter and then got registry in my name.Now society have impose new development charges on me and I did not pay because I already clear all dues and got procession and registry in my name.Now society have cancel my plot and allot this plot to new person and he got Allotment Letter, procession letter only.Still registry intaqal in my name. Now I have suit in court for for right. I have also physical procession of plot.Expert opinion require How much strong you can see my case and is it possible that after getting registry the plot can be cancelled?

Local hunt sb. You've a very strong case. Just keep two things in mind.
1. Keep a vigilant eye on the court proceedings and pay your lawyer properly so he fights for you in court on each date. The suit he has written and his game plan should be consulted by some other lawyer too to be on safer side.
2. Make sure the possession of that plot remains with you.

Once sale deed that too a registered one has been issued in your favour, you're pretty much safe. |

Omer this is Formanite Housing society.There are hundreds of cases where there are many owners of 1 plot.Management of this society is been arrested by NAB as there are 1100 application against them. |

This is the reason, highly advised stay away from private societies, especially installment offerings. LDA & DHA are the best. |

Also stay away from state life phase 2, and DHA valley and DHA phase 2 extension Islamabad |

I agree with Hassaan.I just told this to you people so that you can stay away from these projects and see all documentation before buying. NEVER trust on anyone in property matters.Do your working before investing. |
