What is effect of Ramzan and Eid on property prices in Pakistan ?? :h

@ AR No effect. Instead in my opinion near Eid holidays. Prime locations of PRISM will be sky rocketing because many of PRISM prisioners like Ahmet bhai may be arrived on Eid Holiday's. And again buyers like us just see the train passes by.

Surfer then don't delay buy any good decent plot with no obvious negatives.

I am confused if blocks ACDQ are best or HFG are best. But in between these 2 blocks or any central blocks you buy buy plot should be good or average. You will do good inshallah

At this stage it is very difficult to conclude which block is the best as the story will keep changing along the years. Blocks with mega projects like Theme Park or Golf Course or DHA Apartments currently seem to be the best but this might change with time.

G seems to be the most CLEAN block to me.

@ Hassan thankyou for your valuable suggesstions. I am in search of plot specially in A block. 3 days back dealers offered me plot in 400 line @ 110+paid development chargesm approx @ 113/=. I place an offer for 105+paid development charges approx 107/=. With token money. Yesterday he called me to take my token back because that plot was sold on 108+paid development charges. I made a token 2 to 3 times like that but every times its revert back due to seller not willing to sell or seller is now selling @ high price. I am also connected with LRE in this concern & 2 more dealers as well
In sha ALLAH soon i will be able to manage it through. But some dealers put me on a little bit wait. But i know nothing will happen in this time. As soon LRR may be started. & 150'ft road is in progress after completion of boundry wall which is almost done according to Ahmet sb. It may be quiet impossible for me to manage it.
In sha ALLAH i hope & Pray i will try to grab next possible option as soon as possible.

@ Ahmet bhai as per your recommendations theme park is situated in in Q block while golf course is situated in D block. While dha apparments are situated in R block while your recommendation is G block. I think as per my opinion A block is best because every mega project is situaited near it without any village & away from drain. So in future A block may be Rock Star in Future.

Surfer..My recommendation is not G block. I just said it looks like a clean block. If I had budget constraints, I would bet on G or R. If I didnt have any budget constraints, I would go for a clean plot in A,Q or D. I witnessed the exact same issues as you Surfer. So hard to close a deal on a good plot in Prism. It's annoying. The time I spent on closing one good deal in 10 marla R block was the same as closing two 1 kanal plots on Q and P last year during Eid ul Fitr period.

Ahmet sahib i heard that in Q block after Theme Park another mega project of 4 star hotel is going to be built. Can u identify the location, if this news is true then Q looks the finest block of Prism.

My one dealer told me now owner are asking 130 lacs at 120 ft road near theme park

What's wrong even if Surfer has invested in Prism already? I have a few investments in Prism and I will promote it because I believe its the best investment at the moment. If I was thinking otherwise, I will simply liquidate my investments and buy better investments. It will be quite stupid of me to hold an investment which I consider is bad and instead focus on promoting it on the internet hoping its price will appreciate. Cant believe people would actually do such a thing.

There are people who keep promoting some other investments. As long as their IDs are real, I never doubt their intentions regardless of how much i agree or disgree with them.

At this time DHA phase 9 Prism prices are static and reversed few Lacs for average location, As there are 10s of thousand plots with average and below average location hence it is not advisable to compare the price with prime locations which are few with many lovers.
If we remember closing price of DHA phase 9 File 63 Lacs about year Back, you can hunt a good plot in only 10% premium after one year.
The Closing price of 5 Merla was 27,28 Lac and I got a prime Location plot in J Block 2 Lac less than that in January.
