JV/BOT SITE Facing 120 ft Road in Q Block of Prism
I have heard that Haswani group is going to build 4 or 3 star hotel with commercial mall at this JV/BOT site in Q block.
I am searching some neat plot in this block since last 3 months but could not find because of non-availability.
After map review I have to come to the following points, why big group is investing there.
Center block of Prism
Having DHA Largest & unique Theme Park
No village, no boundary, no drain, no factory
Between A block and R Block (DHA heart favorite blocks)
Easy & Direct excess
120 ft road bifurcating from the middle
I think Q block is going to be the best block of Prism, I am telling what I perceive after long time review.

I am happy that I got plot in Q block against file I bought about 8 years back but its in last row :( that's the only sad part and not sure what DHA has planned underneath Q block as all land is vacant... no one is sure whether it belongs to DHA or some private investor. |
