My target is 4 lacs increase per file . Allah knows everything but suggest till when is this file shall cross 35 + and when is launch expected

Ekrar bhai honest opinion ..my target is not more than 35 . I have some files and want to get rid of DHA multan asap when it reaches 35

Now if u have bought these files, u should Wait a year more, as it is not worth selling without any profit,paying dealers, membership, taxes on top of it ...praying for u to get better returns!

I kept on telling visitors of LRE the negatives of dha multan only so that people could weigh their risks n dont go for panic buying when they know about them suddenly! Some of people abused me at that time but no regrets,at least i shared whatever I had in my kitty.....
Praying my predictions go wrong n those who invested get good return!!!

Just as these days I am doing my best to keep people away from 9-ext at so huge current price....when it has so high a risk of downfall!

I have always seen 9-ext prices getting a good jump, as & when it gets attention of our Guru jee-Sir Ekrar. I wish & pray for 9-ext to always stay in his focus. Thats the only way to prevent seeing its down side risk at any later stage.

I am seeing Ekrar's posts for a couple of months.
At times he looks to me a kid fighting against illogical reasons of his own mind set with special bias against 9- Ext and DHA Multan. Which both r top places to invest.

Ekrar predicted that 9-ext. will be 35 lacs after a year or two repeated number of times.
I am waiting till the time when in this time period 9-ext. would be more than double against current prevailing prices and Ekrar will loose all his Karar and will be totally bekarar.

I hope he sticks to his words till then.

I dont mind what people say about Sir Ekrar, but the fact remains he is Guru Jee. My 10 marla file in 9-Ext hardly gained any thing in 3 years, till 9-Ext noticed by Sir Guru Jee around 7 months ago. It was the magic of his complimentary remarks that gave new life to 9-Ext and it started getting big jumps in exchange of his each post. I think, he has now become indispensable for 9-Ext. If 9-Ext has to attain new heights, it must seek Guru Jee's attention very frequently, and thats final.
