How it is to invest in Phase 3 bahria orchard ? Who will be winner in time span of 1-2 years, Phase 3 or Phase 2 ?

I am in Lahore and visiting all these societies phase 2 in immediate short term as touching phase 1 which is being well populated but long run phase 3 can even exceed as front of Raiwind road. |
