Due to present and upcoming political situation I believe undeveloped and non-on ground plots will see a downward price pressure in the coming days. The effect would likely be more severe in Prism phase-9. My advice to short term investors is to sell your plots in phase-9 and wait for the right time in the coming years. Decision is yours.

I am sure nothing will be change. LDA will be effected due to political chnage.Not DHA. DHA dont have reverse gear. |
