You plot is located on a very prime location in Prism. There's no denying the fact that it is a very attractive plot. Ultimate decision is always yours whether you wish to sale it or hold it. If you may easily bear development charges over a period of three years, then you may hold it four long term to get the best value of your money. If you find yourself in need of money, you may sell it out.
